In this brilliant new collection, Dolce & Gabbana pays homage to the ancient majolica art from Caltagirone. This centuries-old ceramic tradition is the inspiration for the new line, which sees key pieces in bright blue and white. The patterns and ornaments borrow heavily from these Mediterranean ceramics and are repeated on many fabrics, from ultra-light chiffon dresses and silk twill pyjamas to jumpsuits and one-shoulder kaftans.
