Rotana celebrates its success by cinching two prestigious awards

The esteemed accolades recognise the hospitality group’s commitment to excellence across its extensive portfolio of properties

Rotana was named the ‘Best Business Hotel Brand in the Middle East’ at the highly-respected Business Traveller Awards 2021. This accolade recognises the group’s commitment to setting the standard for service excellence and consistently delivering positive experiences to travellers across the region.

Held in the UK and voted for by readers of the respected magazine, the Business Traveller Awards recognise the achievements and high standards set by the world’s leading hotels, airports and airlines. The ceremony is regarded as the industry benchmark for excellence in business travel and hospitality.

This latest success adds to Rotana’s string of awards and followed another big win at the Hotelier Middle East Awards 2021. Guy Hutchinson received the Leader’s Award, which is regarded as the most prestigious award of the night.

The award recognised the leadership, vision and spirit that Hutchinson demonstrated over the past 12 months. Credited with being a key player in restarting the tourism industry in the region, he has continuously strived to rebuild the company’s teams, expand the group's footprint and push service excellence to the next level.
