Rotana recently introduced Philip Barnes as the esteemed addition to the hospitality group. An industry veteran with over 40 years of experience worldwide, Barnes assumed the role of Rotana's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in March 2024. This milestone marks his return to the Middle East, following his success in Canada, the United States of America and the United Kingdom, where he has held several senior leadership positions with hospitality brands such as Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Shangri La Hotels & Resorts and 25 years with Fairmont Hotels and Resort.
